Sony Giving One Month Free Playstation Plus and Free Software to Everybody, People Still Are Mad.

In a press conference, Sony’s Kaz Hirai laid out the details about PSN hack. He said that Sony was notified of hack in April 20th, and that there was no credit card fraud yet (thankfully). He also said Sony will also enact new data centers and enhanced firewall and security measurements when PSN goes back up about in a month or so. He also promised one month free of PSN Plus for everybody as well as 30 days free of Qriocity and Music Unlimited as well as free software. However, with 78 Million accounts are possibly affected by this hack, this has a potential to affect Sony fairly dramatically, both in terms of users’ mindshare and finance. But hey, at least you can keep your trophies.
